This website is operated by Yayasan Aspirasi Bagi Bangsa (Aspiration Foundation), a foundation registered in Indonesia, with its registered address at Jl. DR. Ide Anak Agung Gde Agung No. 11, Kuningan Timur, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan 12950.

What data we collect

This website does not have accounts, forms, or tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you contact us by email, in which case we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include in your message.

Our hosting provider and the font service used on this site (Google Fonts) may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site.

How we use it

We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry and to manage any partnership, program, or volunteer relationship that follows from it. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share personal data only where needed to run a program you are part of (for example, with a training or placement partner, with your knowledge), or where required by Indonesian law.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent. In line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing tania@aspiration-foundation.com.
